Robin Vincent brings almost 20 years of dedicated experience in the animal welfare, zoological and wildlife conservation, and pet-related industries. Her career has encompassed a broad spectrum of roles, from wildlife rescue and rehabilitation to leadership positions in animal sheltering and veterinary care. As a consultant with JVR Strategies, Robin plays a key role in enhancing operations across animal welfare and pet-related industry partners, enhancing their capacity and sustainability, increasing access to veterinary care, fostering inclusivity within communities, and leveraging data-driven strategies to innovate and expand the impact of these organizations. Her expertise in identifying operational efficiencies, developing innovative solutions, utilizing data and technology, and engaging in scientific research enables her to uncover connections that lead to groundbreaking applications and strategies.

Robin aligns her professional practices with broader social justice goals, seeking methods and solutions that integrate the well-being of animals and people alike. Her past participation in Human Animal Support Services (HASS) working groups reflects her dedication to reimagining animal welfare with a community-centric lens. She is also CARE REDI certified, which enriches her ability to advocate for equity and inclusivity.

Robin champions the physical and mental well-being of animal welfare workers, recognizing the vital impact they have on animals and communities. To this end, she helped build The Journey You Own (JYO), a mission-driven initiative aimed at fostering spiritual growth and social change among individuals in purpose-driven fields. Her role at JYO includes creating content, curating resources, and developing programs that support individuals living their lives with intention, fueled by curiosity, compassion, and courage.

Robin lives in Louisville, Kentucky, with her husband, daughter, son, and their dog. Outside of her professional pursuits, she finds joy and renewal in hiking, gardening, and leading a Girl Scout troop, activities that echo her commitment to community, environmental stewardship, and personal well-being.
