Drawing on 17 years of experience working with clients, Tai’s mission is to create a safe and nurturing space for individuals to navigate challenges, achieve their goals, and enhance their overall well-being.
She utilizes evidence-based methodologies such as mindfulness, emotional freedom technique, somatic experiencing, Reiki, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) coaching models to help individuals understand the interplay between their nervous system, thoughts, feelings, and actions. She strives to create a safe and transparent atmosphere for open expression and personal growth.
With a commitment to dismantling systems of oppression from within, promoting self-awareness, and reconnecting individuals with their innate wisdom, she offers personalized coaching, energy healing, intuitive guidance, and transformative workshops to facilitate stress reduction, self-awareness, and self-empowerment.
